Linda supports the implementation of SCLD’s strategic direction, through leadership and management of the organisation’s operational objectives, delivery plan and staff team.

Oliver answers phone calls and manages the admin mailbox. Oliver also supports the project team with their admin needs.

Struan joins SCLD as a Human Rights Intern from University of Stirling. Struan works to move forward SCLD’s work on Supported Decision Making and other policy areas.

As Evidence Programme Lead, Ruth drives SCLD’s Digital Transformation Project and other research projects with external partners. She also makes sure that SCLD’s work is underpinned by the best available data.

As Strategic Lead: Policy and Rights, Lorne engages in policy development at a national level with a particular focus on social security and housing.

Cameron is SCLD's Development Worker, supporting the SCLD team to deliver events, conferences, workshops and engagement activities, as well as leading on key development programmes, such as employment.

Jeannie works alongside the Include For Good Rapporteurs to co-design, deliver and report on their engagement with people with influence and power in Scotland and to ensure that these conversations lead to actions that will bring about systemic and sustainable change.

Michelle is SCLD's Gender Based Violence Project Adviser, within our Human Rights hub. Michelle's post is part of the Scottish Government's Equally Safe fund, which aims to prevent and eradicate violence against women and girls. Michelle is also a registered learning disability nurse, with over 24 years experience in learning disability nursing.

James is a Project Advisor who works across a number of SCLD’s projects. He works closely with Programme Leads and supports the work of projects such as Include For Good, the Expert Group and Scottish Learning Disability Week.

Iain creates online content and schedules SCLD’s social media. He also compiles our monthly eFocus newsletter.

Andy is SCLD’s Strategic Lead: Participation & Partnership. This includes much of SCLD’s engagement work, and supporting other organisations with policy and practice development.

Matthew is SCLD's Development Worker - he works to support various projects as part of the Evidence & Rights hub, but also provides support across the SCLD team, helping to create accessible information.

Kelly is our Head of Business Development.

Lucy provides day-to-day administrative support to the executive team and networks. She also creates accessible information and organises events.

Graeme manages SCLD's finance and resources, carrying out duties such as processing invoices, paying suppliers and supporting pay roll. Graeme also prepares the monthly accounts.

Marion is SCLD’s project advisor. She supports the team on a number of projects including Our Future Leaders, Scottish Learning Disability Week and our lived experience boards.
