Leave A Gift In Your Will To SCLD
Include a charitable Gift in your Will
A Will is an important legal document that determines what happens to your assets after you die. Every adult should have a Will, as you decide who executes your Will and who inherits your estate/assets – your Beneficiaries.
We all know we should do it now – but we often put it off.
Thomas Bradley & Co, partnered with SCLD and 14 other UK charities, offer a Will for Charity service, which includes a Free Will for any SCLD supporters aged over 50 – all we ask “Consider a Gift in your Will for SCLD”.
When our clients pledge a Gift in their Will to SCLD, this helps raise valuable funds to help SCLD influence the development of policy, practice and legislation for people with learning disabilities in Scotland.
Help us raise a legacy for SCLD – how much would you pledge? This could be one of your lasting legacies.
In the last year Thomas Bradley clients have pledged legacies of over £7 million to UK Charities.
Remember:
- You decide which charity or charities you want to support, although SCLD would be very grateful for a legacy pledge to help their cause
- The Gift can be as little, or as much as you want. Why not consider 1% for SCLD, which leaves 99% for your family
- You can change your mind at anytime – Thomas Bradley & Co will write a new Will for you
- You never pay the legacy – it is paid to the charity by your Executor after you die
The process is very simple. Just call Thomas Bradley & Co on 0330 390 9200 and we will agree a mutually convenient date and time for an appointment to take your Will instruction.
This can be a free home visit. Thank-you for supporting SCLD!
