The purpose of the evaluation was to consider the impact of the course on practice and in particular to find out if the person centred approach of the course is effective. A further aim was to make recommendations about anything that could be improved.

A Multi Agency Inspection of services in Ayrshire was carried out. SCLD wanted to find out people's opinions and experiences about their quality of life and the services they received.
