Action Learning Sets
SCLD can facilitate action learning sets for teams of workers. This style of learning is based on both reflection and action. An action learning set is a small group of people who come together on a regular basis to discuss issues of which are common to the group.
Participants are asked to bring real life examples of issues and problems from their workplace and discuss these in an open environment through a controlled discussion:
- Identification and clarification of problem
- Discovering possible actions or even solutions
- Deciding on a course of action
