On these pages you can find out more about the eSAY project and the work that we are doing.

The eSAY project is working to get good statistical information about learning disability and autistic spectrum disorder in Scotland. Statistics are numbers that tell us about something we are interested in. These numbers are based on facts.

The 2008 Statistics Release on Adults with Learning Disabilities is now available. Please download them here or at the top right of this page.

In eSAY the statistics tell us about what is happening in services across Scotland. This will help us to know how much progress has been made in implementing “The same as you?”. It will also help local and national agencies to better plan and develop services that meet people’s needs.

eSAY also has its own website and you can visit it at www.esay-online.co.uk

When you go to the Simple Search and Complex Search links on the navigation bar this will take you to the eSAY website. If you want to return to the SCLD website use the back button on your browser.
