To mark LD Week in 2004 SCLD published an
easy read version of the Learning Disability Health Needs Assessment.
We also produced a postcard for staff working in health services giving them top tips in making it easier for people with learning disabilities to access health services.
Following on from LD Week there was a special edition of the SCLD newsletter giving details of good practice and resources for making health services more accessible to people with learning disabilities and their families.
