The Health and Medical Issues Joint Working Group is run by the Scottish Consortium for Learning Disability and ENABLE Scotland. The Group had their first meeting back in 2003 and now have meetings quarterly.

The Group meet to talk about health and medical issues that affect people with learning disabilities.

Membership

In this section you can find out a bit more about membership. People from lots of different organisations are members of the Group. There are professionals, family carers and people with learning disabilities from organisations including PAMIS, NHS Scotland, Glasgow University, Sense Scotland and Local Authorities.
