Queen Street
From Queen Street train station, use the exit beside Burger King and go down the stairs, walk straight along the right hand side of George Square. Keep going straight along Queen St till the end until you get to Argyle Street (Next is on the left), turn left onto Argyle St.

Walk along Argyle St until the pedestrianised section finishes (Marks and Spencers is on your left). Turn right along Glassford St and go straight, keep going until you cross the bridge, walk a little bit more and turn left at the traffic lights by the Mosque (on your left).

Continue straight on this side of the road under the rail bridge and go straight through the traffic lights by the NauticalCollege (on your left). As you walk you will see a Leisure Centre ahead on your left, the Adelphi Centre is a white square building to the left of the Leisure Centre. Turn left and then right to go into the carpark and to the entrance of the Adelphi Centre.

Central Station
From Central Station, go out of an exit onto Renfield St, turn right and go down Renfield St until the junction with Argyle St (Woolworth’s is on one corner). Turn left and walk along Argyle St.

Walk along Argyle St until the pedestrianised section finishes (Marks and Spencers is on your left). Turn right along Glassford St and go straight, keep going until you cross the bridge, walk a little bit more and turn left at the traffic lights by the Mosque (on your left).

Continue straight on this side of the road under the rail bridge and go straight through the traffic lights by the NauticalCollege (on your left). As you walk you will see a Leisure Centre ahead on your left, the Adelphi Centre is a white square building to the left of the Leisure Centre. Turn left and then right to go into the carpark and to the entrance of the Adelphi Centre.

From East
If you are travelling on the M8 (westbound), you should come off at the junction marked for the Cathedral, this is number 15. Once you are off the motorway, stay in the inside lane and go straight through the first set of traffic lights.

Stay in the inside lane and take the filter lane off to the left. This is the second set of traffic lights you have come to. You will see a Clydesdale Bank on your left and University of Strathclyde halls of residence in front of you.

Drive on to the next set of lights – get into the right hand lane. The Cathedral should be straight in front of you. At this set of lights turn right. The museum of religion (St Mungo’s) is on your left, BaronyChurch is on your right. Go straight down the High Street, straight on past the Trongate and onto the Saltmarket. You will pass Glasgow Green on your left hand side as you go over the river (AlbertBridge). You will now come to a set of traffic lights. You should see Glasgow College of Nautical Studies on your right hand side. At this set of lights turn left and then take the second left into the Adelphi Centre (you will have gone past Gorbals Leisure Centre on your left).

From West
If you are coming on the M8 (eastbound), then you will come off at Junction 15 for the Cathedral - you have to get into the far right-hand lane. You will come to traffic lights and will be facing the Royal Infirmary. The road goes slightly to the right past the Infirmary. Drive straight on, you will pass the Cathedral on your left. Keep straight on, past High Street Station on your left, past the Trongate (there will be a tower with a blue clock face on your right). You will then be in the Saltmarket. Keep straight on in the left-hand lane, past Glasgow Green on the left, and then across the AlbertBridge (the Glasgow College of Nautical Studies will be on your right). Turn left at the next traffic lights into Ballater Street. The Gorbals Leisure Centre is on your left. Immediately after the Leisure Centre turn left into Commercial Road. The Adelphi Centre car park is on the left.

Once you have parked your car and come into reception, please sign in your car registration number at the front reception desk. You can park for free but must sign in to make sure you don’t get a sticker on your car window!
